How much is shipping?

 

Shipping is FREE Australia wide over $50. We do ship abroad- so please check our rates at check out.

Do you do free returns?

If you wish to exchange your item for a different size, we will cover the return cost for any non sale item. If you wish to return your item for a refund, or exchange a sale item, this cost will need to be covered by you. Please see our returns page for information about how to do this. 

 

How long do you take to ship?

We’ll process your order within 24 hours of payment being received and please allow up to another 24 hours for your tracking number to be generated.

 

- Domestic orders:

  Delivered within 5 business days (Metro Areas)

  Delivered within 7 business days (Rest of Australia and NZ)

 

- International orders:

  Regular post international orders may take up to 20 business days for delivery but are usually quicker

Absolutely, our friends overseas can order TBSC’s too. Go to checkout for international rates

I don't see my country on the list?
 

If your country is not on the list of places we can ship to please contact our customer service team at gday@thebondishoeclub.com.au and we will do our best to help.

International Duties and Taxes
 

Items are shipped on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis. This means the buyer is responsible for any additional costs, such as local duties and taxes, associated with shipments outside of Australia. Before making an international purchase we recommend checking what local taxes may apply.

 

There’s a chance some shipments may experience delays due to customs checks and clearance which is, unfortunately, beyond our control.
