EXCHANGES
Love your new shoes but they don’t quite fit?!
Follow these easy steps and we will get your new pair over to you as soon as possible!
STEP 1
We'd love you to keep your packaging the shoes came in to reduce waste and save you buying new packaging material.
Ensure the shoes are in the original box with their full internal packaging, unworn, and undamaged.
STEP 2
Simply drop us an email at gday@thebondishoeclub.com or hit reply on your order confirmation email, and let us know your:

Order number
-
New size/ print request
Orders must be returned to us within 30 days from the date of purchase (as indicated on your invoice)
STEP 3
If you're based in Australia, we will reply with a FREE returns label (full priced items only, not for sale items) for Aus Post for you to:

Print out
-
Sign the bottom
-
Stick onto the return
-
Post at your closest Aus Post
For international returns, we do not provide free postage and the cost will need to be covered by you.
Please note only ONE free return is allowed per order. Any additional return that will be at your own cost.
Any mistaken order will need to be returned at your own cost so please double check your order confirmation once received via email.
WE DO NOT COVER THE COST OF AN EXCHANGE FOR A SALE ITEM.
STEP 4
Once we have received your return, we will contact you to let you know, process your new order, and get it sent out to you the same day.
STEP 5

If you would like to make a return for a refund, please follow the steps below:
STEP 1

Send your shoes back and a note inside with your name and order number to:

Returns are at your own cost.
STEP 4
Once we have received your return, we will process your order, contact you to let you know they have been received and checked, and refund you the same day. Please allow 3-5 working days for this to clear and appear on your CC statement/ in your account.
