RETURNS & EXCHANGES
If you need to return an item just get in touch with us, we’re here to help!
1. We recommend you keep and reuse the packing the shoes turned up in to save having to purchase a new one.
2. Send us an email detailing whether you would like to return or exchange your item. We will send you further instructions and the return address via email.
3. We do not cover the cost of return shipping for returns.
4. For returns, please write a note to tell us your full name and order number so we can process a refund for you. Please note for returns we will only refund the cost of the item, not shipping.
5. For exchanges, please include a note containing your full name, order number and clearly written instructions on size/colour that you would like. Please also check available stock online before requesting an exchange.
6. Please note our policy as follows:
Orders must be returned to us within 30 days from date of purchase (as indicated on your invoice).
Items must be returned in their original condition. This means the items must be unworn, undamaged and have all packaging still intact.
On sale items we only accept exchanges.
A refund for returns will be processed within 1-2 days when the item has been received.
