RETURNS & EXCHANGES
If you need to return an item just get in touch with us, we’re here to help!
1. We'd love you to keep and reuse the packaging the shoes arrived in please to reduce waste.
2. Send us an email detailing whether you would like to return or exchange your item
3. If you are based in Australia or NZ, we will then send you a pre-paid postage label for a free return. For international returns, we do not provide free postage and the cost will need to be covered by you.
4. For returns, please write a note to tell us your full name and order number so we can process a refund for you.
5. For exchanges, please include a note containing your full name, order number and clearly written instructions on size/colour that you would like. Please also check available stock online before requesting an exchange.
6. Please note our policy as follows:
Orders must be returned to us within 30 days from the date of purchase (as indicated on your invoice).
Items must be returned in their original condition. This means the items must be unworn, undamaged and have all packaging still intact.
On sale items we only accept exchanges.
A refund for returns will be processed within 1-2 days when the item has been received.
